We want your BERRION pieces to arrive safely and feel right once they are with you. Here you will find everything you need to know about delivery, returns and refunds.

Delivery Time

Orders usually arrive within 5 to 7 working days after your order has been processed.

14 Day Returns

You can return unworn and unwashed items within 14 days after receiving your order.

Return Portal

Returns can be registered easily through our online returns portal.

Shipping

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. As soon as your order has been prepared and handed over for shipping, you will receive further delivery information.

Our standard delivery time is usually 5 to 7 working days. During drops, launches or periods with higher order volume, delivery may take slightly longer.

Returns

  • Items can be returned within 14 days after receiving your order.
  • Returned items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.
  • Please avoid removing labels or damaging the original packaging before deciding to keep the item.
  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, stains, damage or strong odours may not be accepted for return.
  • If you received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us before starting your return.

Refunds

Once your return has arrived and has been checked, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Please note that it can take a few working days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

At the moment, we do not offer automatic exchanges. If you need a different size or another product, please return your item through the returns portal and place a new order.
